My name is Selena and in a nutshell I am: a mother of two girls (one who is still a teen and one who recently became an adult), a for-all-intents-and-purposes stepmom to two young children, a dedicated and committed partner to my loving man, and a career woman working the steady 9-to-5 for the corporate world.
Throughout my life, I have seen immense struggles, tons of joy, slight silver linings amidst the darkest storms, and incomparable happiness. I am optimistic, hopeful, and sarcastic, but above all, I love helping others.
Becoming a “stepmom” has been one of the longest challenges I’ve encountered, but one that is well worth every moment.
My goal is to encourage other bonus moms or stepmoms through encouragement, support, and resources.
